Our mini and young fig tree had one ripe fruit in summer (was delicious).
But still it bears some small figs, they taste a bit dry and not very sweet.
The weather was too cold and rainy this summer!
Frank and the kids brought this along from a walk.
Must be a kind of rose, I'm not sure. Beautiful anyway.
PIF-news:
My 3. PIF-joiner eventually answered, so there are
now four persons who take part. That's very nice!
I'll start working on it immediately.
What a weird flower! And beautiful!

hmm, that is a lovely flower; it almost seems like the outer fuzzy casing for a kind of tree nut... i don't know what it is, but i would certainly put one in a vase if i had one.

the photo of the flower is quite lovely. the sunburst of pink light in the upper right-hand corner makes my heart flutter.
